Tuesday Update

Joy had a rough first half of the day. She passed out twice and experienced dizziness when standing. The later part of the day has been good however, with Joy feeling more strength and enjoying all of the visitors who have stopped by.

Rumor has it that the nurse on the morning shift was a bit cranky and unhelpful. Bad nurse. We forgive you. We won't even report you to the "patient advocate" person (though we can't promise that John W. won't). And know what? Even unhappy nurses are blessable in the Kingdom of God. So be blessed.

If all goes well (read: if Joy can pass gas) she'll be released tomorrow morning -- though I've been told her gas will be detained for further examination.

(Yes, that was a joke.)
